John Rudolph is co-owner and President of Kirkland Builders Group.  John has been in the construction industry since 1980, when he founded RFC…a special coatings and painting contracting firm that he grew to 58 employees, with major contracts at Whidbey Island Naval Air Station, Bangor Submarine Base, Fort Lewis Army Base and Mc Chord Air Force Base as well as being the dominant single family hi-end painting contractor on the Eastside.  In 1989, John cofounded Kirkland Builders Group with Mike Nykreim, growing it into one of the areas premier home builders, one of very few that also acquire raw land and take it through the development process. Kirkland Builders Group has developed and built over 100 homes in Issaquah, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Bellevue and Sammamish. 

John and his wife Lisa have lived in Washington their entire lives, are raising 4 wonderful children in Kirkland (Trevor 15, Quinn 15, Reece 12, Olivia 10) and like most parents, raising children puts you right in the heart of most group & sport activities in the community.
Lisa has been the Art Chairman for the Children's Hospital Christmas Card for several years, The Art Docent for Lakeview Elementary School for the past 8 years, Coached Girls Softball & Girls Basketball through the Kirkland Boys & Girls Club and just  recently won the Golden Acorn Award at Lakeview Elementary School for her overwhelming participation and leadership with school staff and the PTSA.
John has been involved in the Knights of Columbus for years, through Holy Family Church in Kirkland, volunteering in many local charities and projects... and was their Deputy Grand Knight of the Obidiah7642 Council. John has been a volunteer coach and manager in most all sports programs in the area for over 12 years , coaching boys soccer, boys baseball, boys basketball, boys tennis and youth tackle football. John has been on various boards through the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club, helping their programs organize, grow and thrive - and has been their head football coach for many years. For the past 5 years, John has been on the Board of Directors for Washington States oldest Little League Baseball Program, ( Kirkland American Little League has over 900+ members, and is celebrating it's 60th year of Little League this year ) and has been President of the 28 member board of directors for the past 3 years.  When handling the day to day operations associated with 1500+ volunteers and players, City of Kirkland Staff & City Council, LWSD Staff... and many local business owners - Johns presidential and management style, and his ability to work with so many various people and personalities, has been welcomed with open arms from residents, business owners and community leaders.
